In 2013, Carol A. Poore, Ph.D., founded Phabulous Experience™ to share the fascinating story of Phoenix in 10 notable time periods. A diverse group of local Phoenix artists were invited to participate in a public-art process.
Each artist committed to studying an assigned time period, combined with participating in public storytelling events and interacting with audiences. This provided inspiration for bringing to life each historic time period, from the ancient Hohokam civilization to the imagined future.
